Refund & Return Policy – PrintQueens

At PrintQueens, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product significantly different from the description shown on our website
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products ordered in wrong size/color/design selected by customer
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Delay caused by courier companies
- Change of mind after order confirmation
Refunds
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer/UPI
Replacement Policy
Instead of refund, we may offer:
- Free replacement
- Reprint of the product
- Store credit (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts.
Once printing/customization begins, cancellation is not possible.
