Refund & Return Policy – PrintQueens

At PrintQueens, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Product significantly different from the description shown on our website

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products ordered in wrong size/color/design selected by customer
• Minor color variation due to screen differences
• Delay caused by courier companies
• Change of mind after order confirmation

Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer/UPI

Replacement Policy

Instead of refund, we may offer:

• Free replacement
• Reprint of the product
• Store credit (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production starts.

Once printing/customization begins, cancellation is not possible.
