Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, processing may have begun, and cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

All products are made-to-order, hence non-refundable unless:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product was damaged in transit.
• There is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the above criteria are met. In such cases:

• Email us with order details and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
